The Blue Studio offers stylish and tranquil boutique accommodation for you to relax in, whether you want a romantic get away or just ‘time-out’. The 42sqm interior of this open plan unit is spacious and well equipped with a wet bar kitchenette, dining area and living area. The polished concrete floor has thermostatically controlled underfloor heating that will keep you cosy and warm in the cooler weather. This unit has a comfortable Queen bed and an additional single bed can be added subject to availability.The interior opens onto a private furnished 25 sqm deck with a covered outdoor kitchen (barbecue, gas hob and sink with hot water), providing an extension to your interior dining and living space.

While ideal for a couple, a maximum of 3 people can be accommodated in this space. For a larger group (max 6 people) consider booking the Orange Apartment along with the Blue Studio. Both units are under the same roof but separated physically by a breezeway. Booked together they offer both privacy and proximity for a larger group.

The Orange Apartment has a separate bedroom and is fully self-contained. It offers stylish and comfortable boutique accommodation for you to relax and unwind in. With 72 sqm interior space, the apartment has an open plan kitchen and living space and a separate spacious bedroom. The living area opens onto a private patio and looks out over an expansive lawn. This apartment provides both comfort and space. It has a well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and utensils. The polished concrete floors have separate, thermostatically controlled underfloor heating that will keep you cosy and warm in the cooler weather.

While ideal for a couple we can offer flexibility in sleeping arrangements to suit your preferences. In addition to a comfortable Super King bed, we can add a single be in the bedroom or living area. The Super King splits into 2 king single beds so we can accomodate 3 single guests. Please enquire if you are looking to accomodate a 4th person/bed - while the default maximum is 3 people, subject to bedding availability we can accomodate 4 people.

The Full House option allows both the Orange Apartment and the Blue Studio to be rented as a single entity.  When booked together the two units offer proximity for those ‘together’ times with extended family or friends, but also offer individual privacy for ‘time-out’.  This option is ideal for two couples, parents & children/teens, an extended family, small groups (up to 6 people), or any situation where some community living is desired along with the ability to retreat into your own space.

When combined,  the two units can sleep  up to 6, but not 6 in separate beds. The Orange Apartment  Super King bed can be separated into two single beds , the Blue Studio has a Queen bed,  and a king single bed and a single  bed can be added to each unit – 4 beds max in total for a maximum  of 6 people (all beds have very comfortable mattresses).. Note that  if your group includes children under 14 , each unit must be occupied by at least one adult if children are part of the booking. Both units have double glazed thermally broken windows and doors, with curtains and blinds to keep the heat both in and out – depending on the season. The polished concrete floors have separate, thermostatically controlled underfloor heating that will keep you cosy and warm in the cooler weather.
